PERSONALITY
Pluto is very much like a kid. He loves lazing about. He hardly ever takes anything serious and has a very little temper. Two things Pluto is good at other than sleeping is exploring and battling. Him being a Mudkip makes him strong for his size and his fin is extra sensitive, giving him some advantages in battle and some disadvantages. Pluto is also very accepting. If you want to be friends then he's fine with that, if you want to be enemies then whatever. One thing that Pluto also enjoys is cooking, which he is quite good at.
Even after all of those things Pluto still has issues. Because of his need for adventure he often gets lost and can't find his way out of places, or he'll get in a fight that he can't get himself out of without getting hurt. Pluto doesn't know his own limits. He believes he's invincible and even though he loves being lazy he won't give up on something until he's finished it, even if that means hurting himself. This is one of the only times when Pluto will actually get mad. Don't try stopping him or his anger will show. And Pluto holds grudges.

RELATIONSHIPS
FRIENDLY -- It's very easy to make friends with Pluto. You want to explore with him? Wonderful! You're his friend. You want to get into friendly sparring matches? Cool! He can deal with that. If you want to be friends then he could probably be your friend. Being friends with Pluto would entail going exploring with him and playing games, maybe even a bit of sparring if you were okay with that. Just don't try to stop him when he gets his mind set on something, he needs a guiding hand otherwise he'll just write you off as an enemy.
ENEMIES -- Do you want to be his enemy? Fine. As long as you actually fight him, because he likes fighting.
